Dear Michael,

When I look at your work this quote comes to mind "Countless, unseen details are often the only difference between mediocre and magnificent."

I have been with 20-20 for 18 years and I have seen excellent work from our customers. But you found a way to make the program dance. Hats off to you and thank you for sharing it with so many.

Hello Michael,

Frank and I just wanted to say thank you for meeting with us a few weeks ago. Your knowledge of implementing design features in 20/20 amazed us upon seeing your renderings here at Instant Reality, and we knew that we had to meet you and learn some of your tips and tricks. The CD has already been a great assistance, the granites and woods alone are proving priceless and really enable us to show a potential client what their kitchen will look like once complete.

Thank you again for showing us how to make our work look brilliant!

Best Regards,

Michael,

I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the training in West Palm Beach.   The tips and tricks that you taught in the class are incredible.   I also appreciate the customized book and instructions you assembled for the class.   This in itself is a valuable tool and its underlying principles can be used with essentially any catalog you are using.   I will be using it as a reference for a long time.

To be honest, I did not know how much work assembling the class would be since this was my first attempt ever coordinating.   I did know that if I wanted to improve my proficiency and abilities in 2020 I would need some “real world” training.   Your class was exactly that.   Curved and stacked moldings, vaulted ceilings, custom textures, setting up dimensions and most importantly tips to keep your computer from crashing (to name a few).   You also covered many of the problems and solutions for everyday issues that arise while using 2020. This was the information that I really needed, topics that they just don’t cover in the user guide.

I loved how you made the class fun and still managed to cover a wide range of topics. You covered a lot of material for a 2 day course.   Our class was geared toward advanced users but you could teach at any level.

Putting the class together was worth every minute.   It was nice to meet you and all of the great people from Gary’s 2020 forum.   Anyone who wants to learn from a trainer that knows his subject inside and out should take one of your classes!!!

The renderings of your designs in the 2020 Design Program reflex both your design skills and your command of the design program.   Your work is awesome.   I am also an avid user of 2020 since version 2.0.
Congratulations from Roel Schootman, President NKBA British Columbia Chapter 2008.
What People are saying about Undergrnd
Thanks so much. Tried this morning with "View and Place" and it worked perfectly! I think that I'm so used to struggling with the catalogs to tweak a feature that it never occurred to me that someone might design a catalog that is actually user-friendly. What a terrific job you all have done. Kudos.
Michael, this is so AWESOME!   We can’t thank you guys enough for all the work you’ve put into “Underground”.   I’ve just used it on a kitchen and a bar in the Tesoro project I was telling you about on the phone last week   - 2-1/2 million dollar homes.   These views have the builder flipping out!   Now he really will!

Great Job on the Catalog you guys.   It's about time we can lay a wine bottle horizontally (the way it's normally placed).   We all appriciate the work you put into this.

Michael, As a power user of 20/20 I thought I knew the product in and out.   You site tips have had me rethink what I know about 20/20.   I would like the chance to meet with you and discuss your Idea's and insights.

I had the honor of taking your 20/20 training with Bertch Cabinets this April and was very much impressed.   You really showed me a lot of very helpful hints that I have been doing the long way.   I know they will save me lots of valuable time in the future.   And your website is faubulous. Planning on visiting it frequently.   It has great ideas how to make that rendering that much more special for my cleints.   Hope you get the training videos up and working I think they could be a great tool.   Can't wait to really get in there and put everything you taught me to use.   Thanks again for everything....

Michael,
I enjoyed meeting you at the Bertch class last week in Waterloo. What an asset you provide to those companies smart enough to know the benefits you offer their sales force. Thank you again for the professional benefits you taught us and the personal conversations at dinner.

Michael,
I took a class from you a couple of years ago in Atlanta and enjoyed it, learning some little hints that have really helped.   I am now an independent designer and have been looking for my notes from that class.   (which I just found).
I am using 6.4 and sometimes I do not understand some things about it, like file paths!!
Your instruction made it all very logical and understandable.   Thanks

Michael,
First, I want to thank you for the training in Jasper.   I was in your class on Wednesday at Masterbrands and came away with some great tips and ideas for our Office version of the 20-20 software.

Thank you.

I want to thank you for the private training that was conducted in West Palm Beach.   There were so many things that we learned, that will definitely add to our skill set.   The pace was very good with respect to the class size.   I have already started using some of the techniques that you taught us.   The abundant resources that you gave us for future use were truly the "icing on the cake".   I highly recommend anyone who can pull a group together like our co-ordinator(shout out to Mike), should do so.   I look foward to attending a future class as 2020 continues to add and unfold its capabilities.   Thanks again Michael for your time.

OMG!   This stuff just BLOWS ME AWAY!   Just when I've gotten fed up getting thrown out of this software, you make me want to dive right back in!   These are awesome - I'd welcome your training...perhaps through an NKBA school?   Maybe K/BIS?   How about a cabinet company, like MasterBrands, willing to get you for a regional super-advanced techno-fest?!?   I'm in NJ, but I'd travel for this!
Peace,

Dear Mandy,

Just wanted to drop you a note to say how much I enjoyed your training seminar from 10-23-06 - 10-25-06. All aspects of the seminars and tours were very helpful and educational but I must say that I enjoyed the 20-20 session with Michael the best.
I have personally attended one other 20-20 training seminar. I was taught only the basics of the program. Michael covered the basics with us but more importantly taught us how to use the program as it relates to everyday situations. He taught us to "control" the program as opposed to having the program control us!! He has a way of really teaching the brass tact's of the issue. I am back at the office this morning and reviewing what I have learned and will implement my new knowledge to help us all sell more Bertch products!!

Again thank you for all your help and efforts in coordinating the event.

Mike,

I just got back to the hotel from your all day training for Bertch Cabinet.   I thanked you on the way out but somehow it just doesn’t seem like enough.   The wealth of knowledge you have shared with us has instantaneously made a change in my future.   I am convinced that thru hard work and sharing of information, I too can be a 20/20 professional.   What impresses me as well is that someone with your amazing talent can stay so grounded.   You are professional yet friendly and casual.   I look forward to visiting your web site on a regular basis and hopefully, soon, be able to contribute new concepts and/ or techniques.   I also look forward to another of your training sessions in the near future.
